My Story
You probably want to know first about my background and all.
I originally started out in Uganda, East Africa. Since then, I have travelled to 30+ countries and lived in the Bahamas, the UK, Canada and now IL in the US with my dashing wife Brenda and our children who have been cajoling me for a dog, a cat, a parrot or any other pet. Thus far I have only allowed them to walk a goldfish.

As for my professional life, I am an anomaly. I am both a 20 year+ UK CPA (a chartered accountant (FCCA)) and a US CPA (exam qualified) and have done various courses including from the University of Chicago Booth, Yale and University of Pennsylvania. I also have more than 20 years of business experience including from global accounting firms – PwC, Baker Tilly and Deloitte and from business advisory in Sub Saharan Africa (Inachee). In 2017 I had a radical encounter with the Lord Jesus and he changed my life and everything I knew. I thought I was doing okay but he says: “What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world and lose their soul?” Matthew 16: 26. That is how I came to become baptised a second time at Lighthouse Church in Jersey and that is also how I heard the Lord call me again saying: “Whom shall I send and who will go for us?” Like a certain prophet called Isaiah, I responded, “Here I am, send me!”

If I were to choose just 1 book per genre, I would choose:
1. Go! for a spiritual book. Why? It is prophetic and covers ancient and modern subjects including big topics like hell, modern magic, the God of feminists and why there are so many religions. Honorable mention: How to pray dangerous prayers is VERY dangerous, I am not sure it was I or the Holy Spirit who wrote it. This book will change your prayers! God has answered 100s of my prayers. Learn from that.
2. Poems for the spiritually sensitive for poetry. Why? This little book covers fan favorites over the years. it contains different styles - both easy to read and reflective, funny as well as a little revolutionary.
3. Depth and Dividends (with Terry Ingram) for business. Why? it combines my knowledge (as a CPA) with that of a USN submariner turned entrepreneur. It is packed with lessons and application guides.
