My Story
You probably want to know first about my background and all.
I originally started out in Uganda, East Africa. Since then, I have travelled to 25 countries and lived in the Bahamas, the UK and now Algonquin, IL in the US with my dashing wife Brenda and our children who have been cajoling me for a dog, a cat, a parrot or any other pet. Thus far I have only allowed them to walk a goldfish.
As for my professional life, I am a chartered accountant (FCCA) and have done various courses including from the University of Chicago Booth, Yale and University of Pennsylvania. I also have more than 18 years of business experience including from 2 global accounting firms – PwC and Baker Tilly and from business advisory in Sub Saharan Africa (Inachee). In 2017 I had a radical encounter with Jesus and he changed my life and everything I knew. I thought I was doing okay but he says: “What good will it be for someone to gain the whole world and lose their soul?” Matthew 16: 26. That is how I came to become baptised a second time at Lighthouse Church in Jersey and that is also how I heard the Lord call me again saying: “Whom shall I send and who will go for us?” Like a certain prophet called Isaiah, I responded, “Here I am, send me!”
